Begin with a prayer asking God for help in understanding and applying His Word to your life. Then read the passage from Galatians 5:25-6:10.

Why does being conceited produce “provoking” and “envying” (v 26)?
Paul has told Christians to “keep in step with the Spirit (v 25). How will doing so make us both humble and bold? How will doing so remove conceit?
Instead of the Galatians seeking self-worth in relationships with other Christians, what does Paul tell them to do? Give an answer for each of the following: verse 1, verse 2, verses 3-4, verse 5, verse 6.
What is the principle of verses 7 and 8?
What are we encouraged to do in verses 9 and 10? What motivations and priorities do we have for doing this?

How do we overcome conceit in our everyday lives? How does the Gospel help?
Looking back at verses 1 through 6, which of these things is our congregation good at?
Which of these could we do better?
How could you as an individual make a difference?
How should verses 7 through 10 change our perspective and the way we live our everyday lives?
